Commercial Exterior Painting in Zachary, LA

In this project we painted the full exterior of this commercial office just outside of Baton Rouge in the beautiful city of Zachary, Louisiana.

We started by prepping the exterior by caulking and puttying the soffit and fascia around the building prior to them installing the brick so we could get to spraying without having to cover all of the brick surfaces. After all the hardie was prepped and ready to paint, then we started spraying with Exterior SuperPaint Satin from Sherwin Williams using our favorite Graco 390 PC sprayer, we gave it two coats, waiting a couple hours in between for full drying time.

After soffit and fascia was painted, then they installed the brick around the entire building. We then proceeded to start Staining and Varnishing the wood posts, wood ceilings and wood overhangs to give it an old but modern look to the place. And lastly prior to the carpenter installing the shutters onto the brick we decided to prime, sand, caulk, putty and paint all of the shutters away from the building so they were ready and finished when the carpenter will install them, just leaving us a few touch ups for last minute. This project came out looking beautiful and professional like our expert painters at Yeras Painting do. Another project and finished by Yeras Painting and satisfaction from the client was achieved.
